The outreach team provide a community service, visiting people in their homes, providing support with day to day living. Such as prompting medication, meal preparation, house work, laundry and shopping. We also offer transport for outing or appointments, and accompanying to out day care services.

Our team of dedicated, fully trained support workers can become valuable companions to you and your loved ones. The team look forward to keeping your loved ones company, chatting through old memories, perhaps solving a puzzle together, taking short walks, cake making or even arts and crafts.
